The Chair to welcome Councillors, Borough and County Councillors and parishioners. The Chair to express the Council’s sympathy to Ms Mary Jones on the passing of her husband and ex parish councillor Mr Brian Jones.

Councillors are invited to declare a previously undisclosed interest relating to items on the agenda.
3. Minutes of the previous Meeting
3.1 To approve the minutes of the last meeting of the Council on 15th May 2023
3.2 Matters arising that are not included in this Agenda.
3.3 To acknowledge the minutes of the Annual Parish meeting held on the same day, which will be agreed at the May 2024 Annual Parish meeting.

14. In accordance with S1 (2) of the Public Bodies Admission to meetings Act 1960 a resolution
will be put that the public be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of the
business to be conducted therein as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by
reasons of the confidential nature of the business to be considered.
