Ormesby St Margaret with Scratby Parish Council

This meeting was originally scheduled for 14 July but was postponed due to coronavirus precautions

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at 7pm at All Saints Parish Hall, Beach Road Scratby on Tuesday 18 May 2021, and will be followed by the May (Annual) Parish Council Meeting.  The agendas for both meetings are attached. The meetings will be held in accordance with the current coronavirus regulations with strict 2 metre distancing which means that if all expected councillors and officers attend, the hall’s maximum capacity of 21 will allow for four members of the public, to be split between the Ormesby and Scratby wards.  If you have a question which you would like answered at the relevant meeting, please email the clerk at clerk@ormesby.org

In light of the recent clarification from the High Court that virtual council meetings cannot take place on or after 7 May 2021, the Annual Parish Meeting and the Annual Parish Council Meeting, both due to be held on Monday 10  May 2021 by zoom have both now been rescheduled to Tuesday 18 May 2021 at All Saints Parish Hall, Beach Road Scratby.  Rescheduling the meetings will allow us to make sure that everyone stays as safe as possible in a covid-compliant setting. Please note that facemasks must be worn, social distancing will be adhered to, and the track and trace system will be used.  As many public attendees as can safely and legally be accommodated will be allowed entry.
